I can not comment on a hotel that does not exist. Negative: We believe this booking was a scam. Not a single taxi cab driver knew of the address. The establishment did not answer the telephone number that was provided. We called multiple times the night of our arrival and the two days thereafter. We had to make late night arrangements at another hotel. The hotel staff at two hotels thought the address was fake. We lost a day of our trip making alternative lodging arrangements. We are waiting for a refund of our prepayment for a hotel that could not be found and probably does not exist. We will do our best to spread the word that booking.com is not reliable.

Malta Business trip Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience! The location is fantastic—just a short 5-minute walk to Spinola Bay, where you can enjoy stunning views and a lovely atmosphere. Additionally, a grocery store is conveniently located just 3 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on essentials or grab a quick snack. The cleanliness of the place was truly impressive. Everything was spotless, which made me feel right at home. You can tell that the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. What really stood out to me was the host's availability. They were always just a message away and eager to assist with any questions or concerns I had throughout my stay. This level of support really enhanced my experience. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay! Negative: There’s nothing I could find to complain about regarding the place.

Tolle Unterkunft im bester Lage Positive: Sowohl mein Checkin als auch die Kommunikation haben super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist in bester Lage nahe Spinola Bay. Das Zimmer entspricht zu 100% den Bildern. Es ist modern, hell und groß und hat ein sehr schönes großes Badezimmer und einen kleinen Balkon. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Föhn, Bügeleisen, Mini Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Gläser, Tassen, Teller und Besteck. Gegenüberliegend befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein Waschsalon. Und in 5 Minuten ist man am spinola bay mit vielen Restaurants, Bars, Cafe und auch eine Bushaltestelle. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Negative: Es gibt keinen Reinigungsservice und auch keinen Handtuchservice. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber bei meinem Einzug allerdings war ich 16 Nächte da und es kam keiner vorbei um das Zimmer zu putzen oder die Handtücher zu wechseln und leider gab es auch kein Putzmaterial. Das sollte geändert werden. 1x die Woche reinigen und frische Handtücher müssen sein.
